Fred Simmons Educational Services is an electrical education consultant and Independent Sponsor of continuing education programs approved by the State of Oregon Building Codes Division Electrical Program. Our classes focus on the National Electrical Code and related topics. Fred has taught Continuing Education Classes for Oregon Electricians since 1986, and currently teaches The National Electrical Code for Area 1 JATC Inside Electrical Training Program.
